Marghazi Utsavam 2012

 

Highlights of Margazhi Utsavam

 

v Certificates will be presented for all performers on stage soon after their performance.

v The school will provide the platform/stage for the dancer along with microphones and chairs for the audience. The performer is free to invite guests to watch his/her performance.

v No entry fee

v Every dancer can perform for a maximum of 45 minutes or as per decision of our Kala Mandir Panel.

Requirements for participation

 

  1. The student should be currently studying in a school or college or be a professional dancer.
  2. The student should have completed his/her Arangetram.
  3. A demo CD/video of performance should be submitted for review by our panel.
  4. The guru must provide a bonafide certificate.
  5. Every dancer has a 45 minute time slot to perform on stage and should perform with his/her orchestra.
  6. Every dancer can perform only once during the Utsavam
  7. No video, home/professional is allowed inside the performing auditorium.
  8. All rights to the programs at Kala Mandir India remain/ with Kala Mandir India.
  9. All decisions of Kala Mandir India shall be final and binding.
