Welcome to Vailankannni. At Vailankanni we believe that education is the greatest service to mankind and have kept up the true spirit of our founders Mr & Mrs Panicker. Our schools are spread around Chennai and Trichirapalli. All our schools are co-educational and offer education from LKG to XII. Day Care facilities are also available in our school. Our School at T.Nagar is a C.B.S.E school and others are matriculations School. Our school with the blessings of our lady of Vailankanni has completed 47 years of service to education.

Marghazi Utsavam 2012
We, at Kala Mandir India in association with Shrine Vailankanni Senior Secondary School proudly present “Margazhi Utsavam” for a period of 7 days at our campus. The Utsavam starts on Jan 1st 2012 and ends on Jan 7th 2012. The Utsavam is to celebrate the rich cultural heritage by providing a platform for upcoming classical dancers who are currently enrolled in a school/college to exhibit their skills in dance.
Margazhi festival is a festival of celebration in Chennai which celebrates music, dance and drama. There are over a 100 art and cultural organizations that promote the same. Kala Mandir India is one such organization founded by Mrs.Malathi Panicker, founder of Shrine Vailankanni Senior Secondary School. Mrs.Panicker, being a graceful classical dancer wanted to encourage this art form.
Vailankanni Shrine
The shrine to Our lady of Good Health "Vailankanni" is located about 250 km south of chennai. The shrine is located on shores of the bay of Bengal.The shrine is open all year around and visited by people of all religion.
